A Little Birdie Told Me

"Mommy, there's a bird in my belly and he has little feets inside my belly and the bird got hurt inside my belly and he got sick and he threw up inside my belly and he cried and cried like a little baby inside my belly and then he had to go to the doctor. And the doctor is sick too in my belly. (laughs to herself) They are both sick in my belly.....because I ate them."
